Rafael and Jephtée here! We are a Canadian (Salvadoran and Haitian at heart) couple who is always planning our next adventure.
Just like you, we love to travel, and we are always on the lookout for the perfect place to make our home base when exploring a new city. Since San Salvador is home and we love it, and plan to be back often, we created that perfect place to relax when we are there… and it is yours to enjoy when we are not around. All that we ask is that you treat it with respect and care… and why not, with some love!

THE VENTURA WONDERS CONDO
The Ventura Wonders Condo is a stunning, fully equipped 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo in the latest of the Avitat spectacular buildings, Avitat Link, built in 2023!
It is located in Lomas of San Francisco, Antiguo Cuscatlán, one of the most exclusive and secure areas of San Salvador. Minutes to the best shopping malls, restaurants in the city, and many tourist attractions.

Not only El Salvador in 2023 has become one of the safest countries in America, but our condo is also located in Lomas of San Francisco, Antiguo Cuscatlán, one of the most exclusive and secure areas of San Salvador. The building has 24/7 security on site.
We are happy to provide our guests with keyless access. You won’t have to coordinate picking up or dropping off keys. Once payment is received, you will receive a door access code valid for the duration of your stay.
Absolutely! You will have the contact information of our local home manager who will be happy to assist with anything that comes up.
No pets are allowed in the condo.
